Need a replacement and a missing necklace from my first order
I purchase 2 orders from you over 100 dollars and it looks like some things I ordered didn't come got change or some and a ankn I paid for was not in the first order and one necklace i purchase got broke i need a replacement for it and u said the items don't turn but it get dark like fake rusted bronze what u do to clean that up and i haven't had it over a month yet and I got the rose gold.

We use 18k PVD gold plating and make all of our pieces using a base metal of steel, brass, or alloy.

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a vacuum coating process that produces a brilliant decorative and functional finish.

PVD utilizes a titanium nitride that provides an extremely durable coating.

PVD coatings are more resistant to corrosion from sweat and regular wear than conventional gold plating processes.

Do your jewelry pieces fade?

All of our pieces are double coated to ensure long lasting quality, however, if you experience any issues with your piece we will give you a replacement up to 2 years after your purchase. You can contact us here regarding our warranty.

What's the best way to care for and clean my jewelry piece?

The best way to care for your jewelry is to clean it with a soft microfiber cloth. In addition, swimming or taking a shower with your jewelry are never recommended as this can result in damage to the metal due to the harsh chemicals in chlorine & some soaps.
